Coffee Filters (white or natural, depending on your preference) - Meijer, Target etc

Glue Gun & Glue Sticks - Hobby Lobby, Michaels etc

Wreath Form - Hobby Lobby, Michaels, JoAnne's etc

and, you may need a few more coffee filters too!  :)
