This is a great way to display all of the ideas, and then there was a suggestion to put them in a scrapbook with journaling on the back, when you have completed an activity.

And, if that looks like a lot fo work to you, you could go with something simple. Paper... or a whiteboard would be great too. Just take pictures of it to preserve all the great memories you make this summer!
